Order Fulfillment

o3mall partners with reputable fulfillment centers and local courier companies to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of your orders. Once a seller confirms your order, it will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center or directly from the seller's location.

Shipping Zones

Cameroon is divided into three shipping zones based on accessibility and infrastructure:

• Zone 1: Major cities and well-connected regions with good road networks.
• Zone 2: Areas with developing road infrastructure or located slightly farther from major cities.
• Zone 3: Remote locations with limited road access or areas identified as unsafe for deliveries.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping methods to cater to your needs and budget. The availability of each
method depends on your order's destination zone:

• Zone 1
  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders above a certain amount. Delivered within 1-3 business days.
    
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee from the standard shipping. Delivers within 1-2 business days.
• Zone 2
  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders above a certain amount . Delivered within 3-5 business days.
    
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivers within 2-3 business days.
• Zone 3
  • Due to logistical limitations or safety concerns, standard home delivery might not be available in Zone 3. Customers in these areas can choose the following options:
    
    • Parcel Pickup at Nearest o3mall Point: Free on some orders. You will be notified when your order arrives at the designated pickup point, where you can collect it conveniently.
      
    • Expedited Delivery to Zone 2 Border Town (if applicable): Available for an additional fee. We will deliver your order to a secure location in the nearest Zone 2 town, from where you can arrange for onward collection or delivery through a local courier service.
      

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times mentioned above are indicative and might vary depending on the order's size, weight, and other factors. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Remote and Unsafe Areas
o3mall prioritizes customer safety and secure deliveries. We may identify certain areas as remote or unsafe for standard home delivery due to logistical constraints or security concerns.

In such cases, you will be notified during checkout and offered alternative options like parcel pickup at the nearest o3mall point or expedited delivery to a Zone 2 border town (if applicable).

International Shipping
Currently, o3mall does not offer international shipping. However, we are constantly working on expanding our services, and international shipping might be introduced in the future.

Order Tracking

You can track your order's status and estimated delivery date anytime by logging into your o3mall account and visiting the "My Orders" section. You will also receive email notifications with tracking information once your order ships.
